Businesses I've Opened

Mama Bear Milk- Keepsake Jewelry 2018- Present

In 2018 I started making jewelry out of my customers most precious keepsakes such as breastmilk, cremation ash, funeral/wedding flowers, hair, wedding dress, etc. What started in the corner of a tiny living room, now has my jewelry located in all 50 US states, Japan, Australia, Canada, and all around the world. I still currently offer my keepsake jewelry which is made by me in my home office.

Asi Hibachi & Sushi
2022- Present

In 2022, my husband and I bit the bullet and decided to embark on our food truck journey. We had finally had enough of him working so many long restaurant hours, missing most of our children's lives. We decided it was time for him to make his own schedule and become his own boss. Now, with him as the hibachi chef and myself as the sushi chef, we have talks of opening our very first restaurant in the next year.

The Patio at Town Square
2023- Present

This one I like to call my "business within a business". When I saw a "for rent" sign outside of this 43 year old building, I had to stop and take a peek. What my eyes saw was an empty 2100 sq ft building that needed A LOT of work. What my brain saw was picnic tables, tv's, a place to rent out for birthday parties, and somewhere to park our food truck to give our customers a sit-down option. One of the biggest challenges for food trucks is finding places to set up. With this space, we'd always have somewhere to park and I knew if I rented it out for parties when we weren't using it, it would basically pay for itself! Turns out I was right.

Be Kind Beverage Co.
2023- Present

I call this one my "business within a business within a business". No but really, I do. I wanted a way to have The Patio at Town Square open more during the day where people could come hang out, meet a friend, or get some work done. I originally wanted to open a coffee trailer to have set up here for that. Well after a couple months of searching, I found the cutest little trailer and ended up asking my best friend of 20 years if she'd want to partner up with me and run it full time. We decided on the name Be Kind Beverage Co. because we believe everyone deserves a little kindness in their life every day. In stead of just coffee, we sell an array of popular drinks like boba milk teas, italian sodas, and sparkling lemonades.
